Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Shicago Page, I am owner and provider with P & C Legacy Counseling and Consultation, LLC. I have an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a graduate degree in Community Counseling with a specialization in play therapy both from The University of Alabama. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor  (LPC-S) in the state of Texas. As a passionate and licensed professional, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to being mentally healthy and happy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adult women and families. Some areas of focus include depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, anger management, poor coping skills, emotional disturbance, grief, parenting, school issues, self-esteem, stress, teen violence, trauma, PTSD, attachment issues and parent child conflict. Each client is different therefore I incorporate a variety of modalities in my tool box to help them achieve their goals of therapy.  My approach is eclectic and modalities I use include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, person centered, talk therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy),  Brainspotting and  EMDR. I am also trained in PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy)
